• General These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
• Our guarantee- We aim to supply fish of the highest standard.
• Use of cookies-We place tracking cookies on your PC when you visit our site. These help us to optimize our website. We also place cookies to keep track of your purchases and login details. If you disable cookies, you won’t be able to use our shopping system.
• Return of non-food items. If, for any reason other than not being of satisfactory quality (faulty, etc.), you wish to return a non-food item, you may do so at your own expense. We will refund the cost as long as it is returned to us within 10 days in the same condition as we have sent it to you.
• Delivery. If you do not respond to your door when the delivery driver arrives, your package will be left “at your risk.” If you are not contactable by the driver on the phone when he is trying to deliver, your order will be returned to the depot.
• Cancellation of orders. You can cancel your order by calling us before the cut-off time, which is 3 hours from the time you place your order.
• Payment. Cash On Delivery .

• Complaints handling. We sincerely hope that you never have cause to complain about our service or products. However, if you do, please call or email as above. We will try to acknowledge your complaint within 1 working day, and say how we propose to resolve it within 5 working days.
• Privacy. All personal information we collect is collected lawfully, within the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998. Via your order we collect your name, telephone number, email address, billing address and delivery address. We require this data to deal with your order and we keep it. We do not collect credit card numbers.At the time of your registration you will receive a password. Please keep this secret, as you are entirely responsible if you do not maintain the confidentiality of your password. You are entirely responsible for all orders placed with us or information given to us under your e-mail address in combination with your password. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your e-mail address and/or password or any breach of security known to you
• Third parties- We send your address and telephone number to a courier company, so that they can deliver your package and call you if necessary, We use Google Analytics to record your successive sessions on our site and to analyze the performance of our site, including the popularity of each page. If you request to receive our promotional emails, we will retain your email address on our Mailchimp account.
• Your right- If you are unsure of what personal information we carry, please contact us and we will inform you. We will delete the details we carry about you at your order.
